CULTURE BOOST
Culture Boost is a companion app for a hybrid treasure hunt through Zurich's museums and public art spaces. It guides players to iconic artworks, sets art-inspired puzzles on the spot, and has them collect points and free the spirits trapped inside the paintings – cultural discovery as a game a younger audience actually wants to play.
The hunt runs on two layers. Online, reworked masterpieces – Mona Lisa, Van Gogh, Banksy, The Scream – become Instagram mini-games that pull people in. Offline, the app takes over: it routes players from sculptures in the streets into the museums, unlocks free entry, and turns every solved riddle into Creative Points you can keep or hand to someone else. A prize draw at the finish keeps the competition running.
